Kaila Lariviere is a Manager of Emergency Management Services for the City of Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC). She specializes in preparedness planning and is responsible for emergency management, public education, and community outreach in the city. Join Master of Science in Threat and Response Management (MScTRM) program for a virtual discussion on emergency management from a “local perspective.” Ms. Larivier will delve into the emergency management bureau of OEMC and all resources, tools, projects, and dynamics that face the department every day.
