About the Event

In this webinar, publishing professional and project manager Nadia Geagea Pupa breaks down what project management looks like based on her “PACT” framework, which stands for plan, audit, collaborate, and test. Using real-world scenarios, Nadia will show how editors can bring structure to editorial projects, communicate effectively with collaborators, and maintain control over deadlines and deliverables.

Participants will explore how to:

  • Scope and plan editorial projects from intake to delivery.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables across authors, designers, and other collaborators.
  • Manage communication and expectations throughout the editing process.
  • Organize and maintain a variety of digital assets.
  • Use simple tools and templates to support efficient project oversight.

This session is designed for in-house and freelance editors who want to strengthen their workflow management skills, reduce project friction, and position themselves as reliable, high-value collaborators.
