I have been a career and leadership coach for 20 years. I believe coaching is a partnership and approach it with an open and curious mindset. I joined Booth in 2014 to work exclusively with Executive MBA students and alumni and became hooked! Before this I ran my own business supporting professionals in firms including Hays, RBS, GSK, and Her Majesty’s Treasury. I hold postgraduate qualifications in Career Coaching, Psychotherapy and Psychometrics and am completing a PhD in career change and identity.
