Donald R. Zoufal, JD, MA

Donald Zoufal is currently a safety and security industry executive with System Development Integration, LLC. He has held a series of high-level public sector safety and security posts, including First Deputy for the City of Chicago’s Office of Emergency Management and Communications and Deputy Commissioner for Safety and Security for the City of Chicago’s Department of Aviation. He is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. He received graduate degrees from the University of Illinois in law and public administration and an MA in security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Mr. Zoufal is a Capstone Scientific Advisor for MScTRM.
