Clinical Trial Transparency, also known as Data Disclosure and Transparency, is a compliance requirement mandated by various international laws and policies involving registering clinical study protocol information on publicly accessible databases and disseminating clinical study results. Transparency activities also include sharing of clinical trial data sets in support of biomedical innovation, increasing awareness in clinical research, and providing transparency in pharmaceutical research and healthcare innovation.
