Sam Mulroe, MS

Vice President of Clinical Services, A Safe Haven

Sam Mulroe is the Vice President of Clinical Services at A Safe Haven, an organization that offers an unprecedentedly comprehensive approach to addressing homelessness. In his role, he oversees a team of clinical professionals responsible for providing medical services, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment to help residents achieve their goals of health and independence.

Previous to A Safe Haven, Sam was the Director of Decision Sciences at Oak Street Health, a value-based primary care organization committed to helping older adults stay healthy and live life more fully. In his role he oversaw a team of data scientists responsible for evaluation, outcomes research, and developing novel models with clinical, economic, and growth data. Previous to his Decision Sciences role, Sam was the Director of Population Health for Oak Street Health's Chicago-South Side region.

Sam earned his BBA in Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago and his MS in Biomedical Informatics from University of Chicago.
