About the Past Event

Empathy is an important skill, as it helps us understand and imagine what others are feeling and experiencing. Empathy is beneficial for both our personal and professional lives. In a professional context, empathy can lead to improved performance and higher morale. These benefits, along with others, will be discussed this August during a moderated discussion with industry professionals who will share their insights on cultivating empathy at work. This online event on empathy can be helpful for all professionals, including those who work on-site and those who work remotely and as freelancers.
