Len Epelbaum

With more than 25 years of experience, Len Epelbaum helps companies optimize technology investments and align IT with broader business goals. As the head of KPMG's IT Financial Management practice, he brings deep expertise in IT finance, operating-model design, technology business management, and large-scale transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and AI investment.
Len has led major programs for Fortune 500 companies across pharmaceuticals, health care, energy, consumer products, and other sectors. His work includes implementing technology business management offices, developing IT cost-transparency solutions, conducting benchmarking and optimization analyses, designing IT governance models, managing IT separations and divestitures, and establishing new technology organizations. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
