Mackenzie Caudill is the Chief Revenue Officer at Home Reserve, where she owns revenue strategy and drives sustainable growth by aligning customer experience, brand trust, and business performance. With over a decade of experience in brand and growth strategy—including consulting at Oliver Wyman (Lippincott)—she has advised Fortune 500 companies such as Samsung, UnitedHealthcare, Interstate Batteries, Bombardier and TIAA. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an alumna of the Chicago Booth Chief Revenue Officer Program, Mackenzie believes the strongest growth happens when clarity, culture, and customer insight lead every decision.
