My name is Titus Burton. I am currently a middle school English teacher, an entrepreneur, a fantasy fiction writer, and manuscript editor with a Bachelor of Arts in English; previously attended George Mason University and University of Maryland Global Campus. More importantly, I am also a dad with two wonderful daughters, two enthusiastic dogs, and a laidback bearded dragon. Last year I enrolled in the editing program at University of Chicago Graham School to enlarge my understanding in writing techniques and publishing. When entering the program, my aspirations did not include considering editing as a possible career change. However, by the end of the program, I was already supplying editing services for four indie authors under the name of my new company, Editori Manuscripts. For that reason, I believe editing chose me. My goals now include building a business focused on producing well-edited manuscripts, but also providing authors with consulting services to assist indie writers with being published. Ultimately, I believe in the power of literature, and exposing more authors to the publishing world will do nothing but feed that power.
