Jenny Steiner

Jenny serves as the Director for XP LEAD, Global Career and Leadership Development based in Chicago. In her role, she serves as an executive coach for Executive MBA students with a focus on leadership and career development. She also curates the leadership and career learning experiences for XP students through LEAD, alumni speakers, and more. Jenny joined Chicago Booth in 2022, and spent her first 2.5 years at Booth working in leadership development for the Full-time and Evening Weekend MBA programs. She holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and is a Board Certified Coach (BCC). Personally, she is an avid reader, cycler, traveler, and loves attending performing arts productions.

Jenny believes deeply in the power of lifelong learning through experience – of trying something new and seeing what happens. She views coaching as a powerful tool to not only better understand yourself, but the ways in which you have the ability to make an impact within your organization and your community. Jenny takes an individualized approach, to meet you where you're at in your personal and career development, while supporting you in taking actionable steps to deepen your self-awareness, confidence, and leadership skills.
