Laura Poole

Laura Poole has been in publishing for over 30 years, self-employed (Archer Editorial Services) since 1997. She provides scholarly copyediting in the humanities to university presses. She is a member of ACES, The Society for Publishing and the Northwest Editors Guild; she is an Advanced Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (UK). In 2020, she won the Robinson Prize from ACES. In her spare time, she quilts and bakes and takes her family to all the amusement parks they can find.
