As Senior Associate Director with GCLD in Hong Kong, the depth of experience I bring spans across business development, client management, talent development and career transitions consulting in the corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial sectors.
I began my career in HR and corporate communications consulting, leading to principal roles at global DBM (currently LHH) and Randstad RiseSmart Asia where I spearheaded the early growth stages of the SE Asia operations in building and scaling up the SE Asia startup. I consulted at Ernst & Young in People Advisory. My leadership journey is anchored in a commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their potential. My MA in Graduated Organizational Psychology is from Columbia University and I am certified in coaching, LEA 360, Hogan Assessments, MBTI, Training Needs Analysis and Core Strengths.
My mission is to build talent where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to lead.
