Yacob Abdi, MS

Yacob Abdi is a program manager for the online certificate programs in Medical Writing and Editing, Regulatory Writing, and Clinical Trials Management and Regulatory Compliance.

Before joining the University, Yacob served in various capacities and taught at different higher-learning institutions for over twenty years. He taught at the Illinois Institute of Art for fifteen years and has been teaching at Wilbur Wright College since 2016.

Yacob holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Chicago. Additionally, he has an AAS in Computer Networking and Systems Administration and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
