Gain a deep understanding of the emergency management lifecycle through real-life crisis scenarios merged with leading academic research.

In the Master of Science in Threat and Response Management (MScTRM) program, you will develop the analytical, theoretical, and practical tools necessary to take on leadership roles across the evolving field of emergency management. Our interdisciplinary curriculum draws from fundamental subject areas such as crisis communications, data analysis, cyber risk management, and other industry-relevant topic areas. Through a series of core and elective courses, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one of three concentrations: national security, cyber risk management, and environmental security.

Our two-year executive format attracts a diverse cohort of students across sectors and years of experience to work closely with industry practitioners and subject matter experts to develop the skills necessary to building adaptive, prepared, and sustainable communities.
