Brooke Grant, JD, M.Ed., SHRM-SCP (Panelist)
PDC Student Advisory Board Member
Brooke Grant joined the University of Connecticut in 2023 as a labor relations associate and labor and employment attorney after serving over twenty years as a leader in the United States Coast Guard.
Brooke earned her law degree from Tulane University and is licensed to practice in Connecticut. She holds two master’s degrees, one in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College and one in Education from the College of Staten Island, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. Brooke also is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and Project Management Professional.
Brooke is currently pursuing a professional development certificate in Editing from the University of Chicago. In the future, she hopes to leverage her experience to help organizations communicate and authors tell stories.
When not working, Brooke loves adventuring with her son, Benjamin.
