Day One: Frame
The program will begin with a review of strategy frameworks across the public, private, and social sectors. Discussions will focus on why cross-sector collaboration is increasingly relevant in the modern workforce while framing the shared value partnerships can create.
Day Two: Collaborate
Participants will next examine the different ways in which successful cross-sector collaborations can be built. Discussions on innovative partnerships will highlight concepts such as collaborative governance, strategic philanthropy, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and more.
Day Three: Develop
The program will conclude with successful management practices through behavioral science and social psychology. Participants will develop organizational behavior practices at the individual, interpersonal, and organizational levels.
